Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)
You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery if:
Products are unopened and in original, sealed packaging
Products are unused and in resalable condition
Products are not expired or near expiration
You provide your original order number
We cannot accept returns if:
Products are opened, used, or tampered with (health & safety reasons)
Original packaging or seals are broken
Return request is after 30 days of delivery
Products are marked as "Final Sale"
Products are damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Provide your order number and reason for return
Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
Our team will review your request and issue an RA number
Do not ship products without an RA number
Ship the product back
Pack securely in original packaging
Write the RA number on the outside of the package
Ship to the address provided by our team
Return shipping is paid by you, unless product is defective or we made an error
Receive your refund
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
Refunds go to your original payment method
Email confirmation sent when processed
Allow 5–10 business days for refund to appear in your account
Refund Amounts
Full Refund: Original product price (excluding original shipping)
Partial Refund: May be issued if product is resalable but not in perfect condition
No Refund: If product doesn't meet eligibility requirements or return is unauthorized
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error or product is defective
Customer pays return shipping
